How to manage and schedule multiple Facebook Pages

By RepostsHub Editorial TeamPublished

To manage multiple Facebook Pages, give yourself full-control access to each Page, group Pages by brand or client, and schedule from one place where you choose each Page deliberately. Meta Business Suite handles this for free inside Meta's platforms. A central queue helps when you run many Pages, post mostly video, or also publish to Instagram and YouTube.

The hard part isn't access. It's consistency: every Page posting on schedule, with the right content, and nothing landing on the wrong Page.

The multiple-Page problem

Running one Facebook Page is easy. Running five or fifteen brings a different set of problems:

  • Context switching. Every Page is a switch in the account menu, and it's easy to lose track of which Page you're acting as.
  • Uneven posting. Some Pages post daily; others go quiet for a week because they were at the bottom of the list.
  • Wrong-Page posts. A post meant for one brand appears on another. For agencies, this is the mistake clients remember.
  • No record of what went where. When the same video suits several Pages, nobody is sure which Pages already had it.
  • Access sprawl. Team members with different levels of access, some through old personal logins, some through business tools.

A good multi-Page setup solves these with structure, not effort.

Meta Business Suite vs a centralized multi-platform workflow

Meta Business Suite is Meta's free tool for Pages and linked Instagram accounts. It includes a composer, a planner, insights and an inbox. For many Page managers, it's all they need.

A centralized multi-platform workflow uses a separate publishing tool with a shared library and queue across Facebook Pages, Instagram and YouTube.

Meta Business Suite RepostsHub
Cost Free Free plan, Pro for more accounts
Multiple Pages Yes, by switching between them Yes, as destinations in one queue
Group Pages by brand or client Via business portfolios Workspaces
Central content library No Yes
Same video to several Pages, different captions Separate posts One library, an auto-schedule per Page
Instagram Yes Yes (Business/Creator)
YouTube Shorts No Yes
Photo posts and Stories Yes Focused on video; Stories not supported
Insights, inbox, comments Yes No

Stick with Meta Business Suite if you manage a few Pages, post a mix of photos, links and video, and rely on insights and the inbox.

Add a central queue if you manage many Pages, post mostly short-form video, share content between Pages, or also publish to YouTube.

Many Page managers use both: Meta Business Suite for comments, messages and insights, and RepostsHub for video publishing.

Connect your Pages

Before connecting any tool, sort out access:

  • Make sure you have full control of each Page (the equivalent of Page admin). Partial access can prevent publishing tools from posting.
  • For client Pages, get access through Meta's business tools rather than logging in as the client.
  • Remove old access for people who no longer need it.

To connect Pages to RepostsHub:

  1. Sign in with Meta's official login.
  2. Select every Page you want to publish to. Pages you don't select won't be available.
  3. Confirm the permissions.

If a Page is missing later, it's usually because it wasn't selected during login or your access level changed. Reconnect and select it. Setup notes are on the Facebook Page auto-poster page.

Organize Pages by workspace

Structure prevents most mistakes.

  • One workspace per client or brand. Each workspace holds that client's Pages, Instagram accounts and content.
  • Keep related Pages together. If you run a network of Pages in one niche, put them in the same workspace so you can plan content across them.
  • Name things clearly. If two Pages have similar names, note the difference somewhere your team will see it.

Agencies can find a fuller setup on the social media agencies page.

Schedule across Pages

A reliable scheduling pattern for multiple Pages:

  1. Build a library per workspace. Upload finished videos, or import from source profiles you own or are authorized to use.
  2. Write captions per Page. Even Pages in the same niche have different audiences. Adjust the hook, the question you ask and any links. Use automatic prefixes and suffixes for text every post on a Page carries.
  3. Set auto-schedules per Page. For example, Page A at 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Page B at 10 a.m., Page C at 7 p.m. The queue fills each Page's slots in order.
  4. Stagger shared content. If one video suits three Pages, spread it across different days or at least different times.
  5. Keep a buffer. Aim for several days of queued content per Page.

For the batching side, see how to batch schedule a week of social media content. For taking one video to Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, see how to post one video to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.

Check status and history

With many Pages, you can't scroll every feed to confirm posts went out. Use the post history instead.

  • Daily: check for failed posts. An expired connection on one Page can stop its posting without affecting the others.
  • Weekly: look at each Page's published history to spot gaps. A Page with no posts for three days usually means an empty queue or a failed connection.
  • Before reusing content: check whether a video already went to a Page, and when.

RepostsHub shows published, scheduled and failed posts along with the account each one went to, which turns this into a short routine.

Avoid duplicate and wrong-Page publishing

Wrong-Page posts usually come from rushing. Prevent them:

  • Choose destinations deliberately on every post; never rely on a default.
  • Read the Page name, not just the Facebook icon.
  • Work in the right workspace for the client or brand.
  • Scan the day's post history so any mistake is caught within hours.

Duplicate posts are a quieter problem. Posting the identical video with the identical caption to many Pages at the same time can look spammy to followers who follow more than one of your Pages, and platforms may treat mass-identical content as low quality. Vary the timing, adapt captions, and don't send every video to every Page.

Duplicates of other people's content are a different matter. If a Page network reposts content it didn't create, you need permission or a license for it. Read the content rights policy and cross-posting vs reposting vs repurposing before building a reposting network.

Example: a five-Page network

Say you run five Facebook Pages in the home-and-garden niche: a main Page, three sub-niche Pages (indoor plants, small gardens, DIY fixes) and a local Page for your city.

  • Workspace: one workspace for the network, since all Pages are yours.
  • Library: 25 finished vertical videos for the week, each named by topic.
  • Assignment: the main Page gets the strongest 10; each sub-niche Page gets the 5 that fit its topic; the local Page gets 3 with local relevance. Very few videos go to every Page.
  • Captions: each Page's caption speaks to its audience. The indoor-plants Page asks a care question; the local Page mentions the season in your area.
  • Schedule: the main Page posts twice a day; the others once a day, at different times.
  • Checks: a two-minute daily scan of history, and a Friday look at gaps for the next week.

The result is a network that feels like five distinct Pages rather than one Page copied five times, which is better for followers and safer with the platform.

Plan limits

RepostsHub counts connected accounts and monthly posts.

  • Free: 2 connected accounts and 30 posts per month. For example, two Facebook Pages, or one Page and one Instagram account.
  • Pro: 10 connected accounts and 500 posts per month for $9.99/month (or $99/year).

Each Page is one connected account. Each publish to a destination account counts toward your monthly post allowance — publishing one video to Instagram, Facebook and YouTube counts as three posts.

Quick maths before you choose a plan: five Pages posting twice a day is around 300 publishes a month. Full details are on the pricing page.

Meta also applies its own publishing limits. Spreading posts across the day keeps you well clear of them. No legitimate tool bypasses Meta's limits.

FAQ

How do I manage multiple Facebook Pages in one place?

Meta Business Suite lets you switch between the Pages you manage and schedule posts for each. A tool like RepostsHub puts several Pages, Instagram accounts and YouTube channels into one queue with a shared content library.

Can I schedule the same post to multiple Facebook Pages?

Yes. With RepostsHub, each Page can run its own auto-schedule from the same library, with its own caption prefix or suffix and posting times. You can also schedule individual posts to a Page with their own caption. Staggering times and adapting captions usually works better than identical simultaneous posts.

What access do I need to schedule posts on a Facebook Page?

You generally need full control of the Page, equivalent to the old Page admin role. With partial access, some tools won't be able to publish.

Why doesn't my Facebook Page show up when I connect a scheduling tool?

Usually because the Page wasn't selected during the Meta login, or your access to it is limited. Reconnect, select the Page, and check your access level in the Page settings.

Is it okay to post the same video on several Facebook Pages?

For your own content, yes, but vary the timing and captions. Posting identical content to many Pages simultaneously can look spammy to followers and may be treated as low-quality by the platform.

Does RepostsHub show insights for each Page?

No. RepostsHub focuses on publishing and shows post status and history. Use Meta Business Suite for Page insights, comments and messages.

How many Facebook Pages can I connect for free?

The RepostsHub Free plan includes 2 connected accounts in total, which could be two Pages or one Page plus another platform. Pro raises the number of connected accounts.
